1. Description of Service

Blitify is a digital platform that aggregates and displays discounts, coupons, and promotional offers from local merchants and third-party businesses ('Merchants').

  • Blitify acts as a directory service only.
  • We do not sell products or services directly.
  • We do not fulfill the offers listed on the platform; fulfillment is the Merchant's responsibility.

2. User Accounts

Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and current information.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms.

3. Nature of Discounts

Third-Party Fulfillment: Merchants are solely responsible for honoring discounts and product quality.

No Guarantee: Blitify does not guarantee that a Merchant will honor a listed discount. Prices are subject to change.

Disputes: Any purchase disputes must be resolved directly between the User and the Merchant.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Fraud

Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting identity.

Data Mining

Using robots or spiders to 'scrape' data for commercial purposes.

Abuse

Posting defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

Security

Attempting to bypass security measures or disrupt servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Blitify, including the 'Blitify' name, logo, software, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Blitify and its founders. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

No liability for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
No liability for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
No liability for issues arising from Merchant products or services.
No liability for errors or omissions in platform content.

7. Modifications

Blitify is a dynamic platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific features or deal availability) at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
